Following the AGM last night, (AGM Minutes – 28 October 2015) we officially have no Secretary or Treasurer and 4 of the 5 General Committee positions remain vacant.
Also attached are role descriptions for the Secretary and Treasurer positions.

A Special General Meeting has been called for Wednesday 11 November, 7:30 at Rumble Pavilion for the purpose of electing a Secretary & Treasurer as a minimum and potentially filling the vacancies that exist on the General Committee and the management roles of Umpire Convener and Grounds & Equipment Officer. Anyone considering taking on a role is free to contact me to discuss what is involved. The outgoing Treasurer and Secretary are both prepared to assist and guide a new person in taking on the role.
