New Players |
All new players are required to complete a player registration form and forward it to the West Gippsland Hockey Association through their club. |
Current Players |
Current players are not required to complete a new form unless they change address or any of their other details become out of date. |
Player Transfers |
Players transferring between clubs in the West Gippsland Hockey Association must complete a clearance form which is to be signed by representatives of both clubs before being ratified by the Association. |
To assist the organisers players are asked not to use the Pavilion as a change room or for the storage of their personal hockey gear.
This will reduce the clutter and make it easier for the committee, and other organisers to perform their tasks.
In the event of wet weather games may be postponed/cancelled at the discretion of the Grounds and Equipment Officer. They will ring 3GG and a representative from each club when such a decision has been made. It will be the club’s responsibility to contact team representatives who will in turn contact individual team members.
On days of very poor weather tune to 3GG and listen for the sport cancellation reports.
