Women's Seniors Players

Due to the three-team competition for the Women's finals, the committee has decided to enact the following.

Retain the two-week finals format. First place has a week off and advances directly to the Grand Final, while 2nd and 3rd positions play in the first week. 

  WGHA Local Competition Winter Season 2025 Women's Ladder

The five-game minimum rule will be changed to four games minimum to qualify for the Grand Final.

We hope this will assist the Women's division and make it a competitive finals series for all.

The committee decided to split the rules for men's and women's competitions, allowing the men's rules to remain as they are due to better numbers, while making an exception for the women's competition, given their unique circumstances, including a three-team competition and numerous scratch matches throughout the season.

WGHA to allow Women's players to play three games to qualify for the Semi-final, and four games to qualify for the Grand Final.
