Warriors Juniors
It’s been a fantastic year for Warriors Juniors, and I would like to thank the players, coaches, team managers, supporting officials, and especially the parents who drive their kids around each week and support them every game.
Under 12s had many new players this year and were supported by two new coaches who normally play U18s. A big shout out to Reece Hotchkin and Cody Jack for stepping into this role and supporting players with their few seasons of winter competition hockey. Also, thank you to Chris Ah Wong for being a stand out team manager! As for the players, congratulations to Shepard Ah Wong & Jaxon Rowe for winning the Coaches Award, Harper Hare (Runner Up MVP), and Noah Vincent (MVP). Great job by all!
Under 15s were Grand Final runners up for 2025! This year we had Marksy coaching U15s who did a great job as normal, plus Paul Fallon stepping into the team manager role after coaching U12s last year. Congratulations and thanks to you both for a great year! Also a big congrats to the players who had a wonderful season. Season award winners were Liv West (Coaches Award), Joshua Smorenburg (Runner Up MVP), and Levi Armstrong (MVP). Well done!
Under 18s were still building up this year but we were lucky to still have a gun team, coached by Sam Graziotin who came across from Gulls as a Men's player and U15s coach. Thank you Sam! Also, big thank you to all the U15s players who played up from Warriors U15s most weeks, and Jacob Graziotin who also joined from Gulls U15s as a Warriors U18s player. Season award winners were Cody Jack (Coaches Award), Reece Hotchkin (Runner Up MVP), and Sam Pepper (MVP). Awesome job!
Lastly, thank you to Tim Hurst and Janet Boreham who gave up so much of their time to come to training and the matches to support our club and players. Thank you!
